A beverage that defies categorization.
Made from 100% real fruit and botanicals, steeped together for maximum flavour extraction.
The word ‘soda’ doesn’t do it justice.

All our beverages are made using only real ingredients, including fresh fruit juices, botanicals and herbs. We steep everything together to extract flavour and then add a touch of agave for sweetness and depth. Finally, we add purified British Columbia mountain water, and gently carbonate during the canning process.

By using a mix of familiar and exotic ingredients, including herbs and botanicals, we create complex flavours and rich mouth feel while keeping sugar and calories to a minimum. The result is a light, sophisticated, highly refreshing drink that is only 35 calories or less per can. Say it Ain’t Soda steeped, sparkling beverages are a delicious and refreshing break on their own or paired with almost any meal. They also make amazing cocktails when mixed with your favourite spirits.

Experiment. Have fun. And please be sure to share your favourite food pairings and cocktail creations.

Say When Beverages has been brewing tea and botanical based concentrates since 2000. Over that time, we’ve learned a lot about flavour extraction and the art of combining premium, whole ingredients to create complex, yet balanced and delicious beverages.

As health-conscious lovers of all things tasty, we wanted to create a canned beverage that doesn’t have all the sugar and unhealthy additives of most sodas, but still has great flavour - not soda pop, but not flavoured water either.

Working with real ingredients – fresh juices, botanicals, and herbs – we started experimenting with the tools we had available to us in our state-of-the art microbrewing facility. We learned that by steeping our ingredients together, we could extract great flavours without the need for excessive sugar, flavour modifiers, or flavour extracts. We then started experimenting with unique and exotic flavour blends to arrive at a range of beverages that are at once refined, refreshing, and, dare we say, revolutionary. We doubt you’ve tasted any of these flavour combinations in a can before.

We weren’t sure what to call our craft concoctions.

Not soda – the word doesn’t do these drinks justice.

Give one a try and tell us what you’d call it.
